Every piece is handmade, so we check each one carefully before it is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video and we will make it right.

Custom pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready pieces can be exchanged within [X] days if unworn and in their original packaging. [Owner to confirm this policy.]

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
