Is every piece really one of a kind?
Most pieces are painted once and never repeated. Pieces marked "Made to order" are painted fresh for you, so yours will be slightly different from the photo, which is part of the charm.
How long does delivery take?
Ready pieces are dispatched in 5–7 days. Custom pieces take about 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Courier delivery then takes a few days depending on your city.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Right now we ask for payment before dispatch by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.
How do I know my order went through?
You will see a confirmation page with your order number straight away, and we confirm every order on WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can check your order status any time on the Track my order page.
Can you make something like a piece I saw on Instagram?
Yes. Open the piece in the Archive and tap "Request one like it", or start a custom brief and tell us which one.
Do you have clip-on earrings?
Yes. Most earrings can be made as clip-ons for non-pierced ears. Choose "Clip-on" on the product page or in your custom brief.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
